Billy Strings Purchasers should refer to the Know Before You Go email and venue socials ahead of the show.

🌟: GA Pit ticket holders may begin lining up at 10:00 AM at the Bath Savings entrance. The first 100 guests at 10:00 AM will receive a numbered wristband. Fans who receive a numbered wristband are encouraged to leave and return to the Bath Savings entrance by 6:00 PM for entry.

👕: Early merchandise sales will take place inside the venue from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Please enter through the Bath Savings Entrance. Only ticket holders will be allowed to pre-shop for posters (limit one of each poster type per person). Empty poster tubes are allowed for this event.

🎟️: For tickets purchased through a third-party, you must transfer to your Ticketmaster account and accept them before arriving to the show. Please download your mobile tickets to your phone's wallet or have your physical ticket(s) readily available when approaching the entrance.

Bath Savings Entrance on upper Spring St. - Best for sections E-O, Floor

Unum Entrance on upper Free St. - Best for sections M-V, Floor

Lower Free St. entrance - Best for sections U-Y

Cross Insurance Entrance - Best for sections B-F

💦: Fans are allowed to bring in one non-glass, non-single use, empty, clear water bottle for this event.
